Order Policies:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise notified. We always respond to placed orders within 72 hours, so please contact us right away if you do get an email response within that time.
Checks, money orders and purchase orders accepted. We do not accept credit card payment. Please contact us for wire transfer details.

For most U.S. orders under $200, an invoice will be included with your shipment for payment upon receipt. U.S. orders over $200 and all international orders require payment in advance. If you have a purchase order number, please let us know so that we can include it on the invoice. We reserve the right to ask for payment in advance for any order.

Prices include the cost of shipping via first class or priority postal mail to anywhere in the U.S. (larger orders may ship by UPS). Shipping costs to countries outside of the U.S. is based on order weight, please inquire. Expedited delivery via FedEx is also available for an additional charge, however we may not be able to accomodate all rush orders.

Orders are tax-free for shipping addresses outside the state of California. Orders within California will be taxed based on shipping address using BOE County rates unless tax-free status is specified. Recipient is responsible for duties and taxes if order is shipped via international FedEx.
